Cancellation Policy

1.During Public Holiday, cancellation/reduction at least 3 days before arrival.
2. For cnacellation/reduction within 3 days before arrival, a penalty of 50% charge will be charged by hotel.
3. For cancellation/reduction within 2 days, one day before arrival or on day no-show, 100% full charge will be charged as penalty.
